Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer our clients safe, guaranteed, free shipping for any domestic wedding ring purchase regardless of quantity of wedding rings purchased.

DesignYourWeddingRings.com will make every effort to complete your wedding rings order promptly. All rings are custom made to fit, especially for you! All wedding rings are not in stock, because, they are being designed by you, for you.

All orders require 7-14 business days to manufacture. When planning your order, please allow for this extra time. When your ring is complete, it will be shipped promptly. Orders cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes. If you have a special request or need your order within a special time frame please call 1-646-345-7813 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Once your wedding rings are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We select a shipping method that is available in your area or it may delay processing of your order. We offer free shipping within the United States of America and it's provinces, US Military bases and installations and Canada. Shipping outside of these areas will be shipped anywhere in the world that Fed/Ex delivers for a one time $30.00 fee. (please refer to our 30 day return policy)

All transit times are based upon "Business Days" and do not include weekends or holidays.

We cannot ship to any embargoed countries
We will not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the U.S. Government.

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applied to the shipment of our product to your country.

It is your responsibility to NOT order items that are illegal to import into your country. We reserve the right to hold and/or not process any order containing information that is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or fraudulent.

It is your responsibility to be aware of any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that may apply to your country.
