Rings purchased from any of our Wedding Ring Collections; the Always Collection, Diamonds Forever Collection, or the Romance Collection have a 30-day money back guarantee for craftsmanship and workmanship, other than that all sales are final and there will be no refunds simply because you changed your mind or once you receive the product it isn't to your personal taste. All rings are custom made to fit, especially for you! We use only top quality medium to heavy weight comfort fit wedding bands and the finest craftsman to cut our wedding rings, we are sure you will be totally satisfied.

Custom design palette ring sales are final. Since all of our designs are custom crafted just for you we regret that we do not exchange any items if you the client have changed your mind or do not like the design you have created.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however at DesignYourWeddingRings.com we offer our clients a custom design experience, and "All rings are custom made to fit, especially for you!"  This means that all sales from the custom design palette are final. After you have custom designed your wedding rings we will allow an exchange/return for sizing only.

Returns Due to Sizing
Any return due to incorrect size will be charged a $50 re-stocking fee. We ask that you are sure of your size before you order, that is why we will provide you with a free ring sizer.

Exchange/Returns
E-mail returns@designyourweddingrings.com with notification that you will be returning/exchanging the ring. We will e-mail you back an authorization number. Please include this number when returning the item.

When exchanging the ring for a different size you will be charged the return-shipping fee plus the insurance fee to ship the new ring back to you. There will also be an additional $50 re-stocking fee. The shipping/insurance/re-stocking costs will be deducted from the customer's credit card on file.

When packaging the item, place the ring with original packaging and the copy of the invoice in a box (if you do not have a box available, you can get one at the Post Office).

Send the package by registered mail and insured for the full amount of the invoice to the address below:

Please DO NOT write jewelry, rings, gold or other related words anywhere on the package.

We reserve the right to hold and/or not process any wedding ring order containing information that is incomplete, incorrect, and suspicious, cannot be verified or is fraudulent.

The above warranty does not apply to commercial purchases, custom designs, special orders, replacement orders, exchanges, one of a kind, discontinued items or hand engraved wedding rings, whereas all sales are final.
